Respect and value employees equally so people who speak the same language as sr.manager does not get away with favors

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Micromanagement of in and out hrs like school and not giving flexbility to wfh unlike other IT companies takes away the feel of working in an american firm . No adherence of work hrs at all .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respecting and valuing employees equally and not just force them to work like robots without giving them any flexibility of work hours and promotions even when they receieve project approvals to get promoted in consecutive yeaes and centre panel doesnot care to.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Panel does not care for human emotions and reject promotions even when candidate receives back to back project approvals for next level each years. Coaches and talent team are just cold and reiterates processes budget and guidelines like machines when you appeal for promotion.
