What are you most excited about working at Dollar Tree?
Clocking out to go home and payday, sad to say.
I used to be so happy going to work just to be with my team! But now that’s all changed because of our manager and the way he talks to everyone! Now I’m looking for another job after being there over a year and I know that I’m a huge asset there! They are NOT going to be happy when I tell them I got a new job and I’m done working there!!

The most difficult question for me was if I enjoyed being around customers. I'm not a people person, but I had to say yes if I wanted a job haha.

It’s very common to go from a cashier to a stocker one day to the next. But to move up in your position to assistant manager or manager is not too common unless you’ve been there forever

Honestly the ONLY perk for me is that I love my team and it’s super close to home,, a 5min walk. There are no perks, no discounts, but I did hear the insurance, for those that get it is VERY good!! But only managers get it!!
Benefits are NONE, NO PERKS, you will be treated like trash.
No perks for crew. Don't know about management.

Was difficult the first time I was there. But now they are flexible the second time around.
