It was a difficult start with not a lot of guidance, computer systems crash frequently, the goals don't align with my job and no raises or bonuses for 2yrs is horrible. People are jumping ship like the boat is going down.

DXC cannot afford to pay for the needed professionals. We meet our people on the competitors' side. DXC is missing efficient processes to make BAU life easier so professionals with rare skills can focus on their specific areas. Often the requested work has a big portion of generic activities.

Transparency with pay. Fair pay for fair work. Specific and achievable goals. Connecting with employees. Not bragging on the town hall about all their travel when the rest of us are not allowed to travel. Retaining good employees to prevent them from leaving.

Have transparent communication explaining steps for growth, including challenges, but with clear reasoning. Execute the plan for growth visible on the workers' layer. Improve processes. Motivate people that we are loyal to DXC in a time we are still not Growing. Stop focusing on cost savings.

I am now aware that quite a number of my peers are paid $20-$30K more than me and are not doing as much work as I am. I was also given poor goals by my manager, preventing me from getting the top review this year. Goals and review information should be clearly discussed so expectations are met.

I have few bosses, and few channels giving me tasks. I am doing double role work and I was asked to do a third role. I have a broad scope of responsibilities. Part of my work is not visible in DXC Time, is not trackable. Org. structure is still not simplified and fixed.
