Now that Eargo is a publicly traded company, I'd like to see annual raises, use of stock options/RSUs as an option for rewarding team members, and Benefits on par with larger companies in Silicon Valley (Healthcare, contribution to 401k)

Have a project plan and stick with it. Hold teams accountable for holding things up. Management needs to listen to the subject matter experts and get people to fall in line, too many loose cannons.

More diversity is needed to break the viscous cycle of nepotism and insular thinking when flex time is needs to is needed to take care of family. In recruiting, I was sold this was a family company, but I do not have this experience.
