I am very happy working at Elementum. It has an awesome vision, fantastic people, and great perks. There are things that I think Elementum could do better -- improved paternal leave, PTO, etc -- but Elementum tries in areas like taking care of people that other companies only pay lip service to.

Elementum provides a challenging environment for each employee to both contribute and learn in. I feel like I need all of my skills to do my part and that ongoing development of new skills is an essential part of my job. It makes me proud to tell people where I work.

There are a lot of things I like and love about my job and where I work. Not everything is perfect; which is really a normal thing I would think. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, even though things are not all quite I would like them to be.

I know we're probably strapped for cash and not landing a ton of deals, but I feel pretty underpaid for the value I provide and the experience I have. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is more compensation lol.
