Our team is usually sidelined. Undermanned, and usually under-appreciated.

Our salary package for all employees is fair and square.

Some are fair, but most don't appreciate nor mind the smallfolk.

Exploring new things and finding ways to make the processes better.

We don't have the best facility but damn, the people around here are truly the best!

Teams and departments are very close. We have no walls which most of the time is a good thing for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an officer, I'm very much underpaid. Officers in HR and Marketing need to seriously align with the current market benchmark.

Our leadership teams are invested in the internal growth of employees and foster a work culture that allows you to be you!

I've been with Enshored for 3 years, and I'm still compensated the same. At the very least, keep our salaries aligned with inflation. PLEASE.
