None as of the moment, ive been stressed because for the shifting schedule and the gap isa just a month.

The allowance. I hope that it would be permanent when we go onsite because due to pandemic the fare of transportation is doubled compared before.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives now is hard to get when you are performing well, i feel not well compensated. Also, our salary is low compare to the other companies who has better compensation even though they are newbies.
