we learn a lot from each other. one of the best support groups especially it's very hard to have virtual training.

the environment feels like home, I feel I'm led to be in this place. I'm excited and nervous about my everyday work. but manageable through my team's support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The other compensation is very nice. I'm not getting married anytime soon or will have a child either. but I'm pleased they will give 5000php. I'm looking forward to it. Meal allowance also sounds nice if possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the rising cost of living, I feel that my current compensation no longer aligns with everyday expenses. An adjustment in salary or an additional allowance would help address this gap and make me feel more fairly compensated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
always have updates, emails, a lot of activities with perks. management has room for mistakes for employees. which is very good especially for newbies like me. you can feel the support and love and care of the company to the employees.
