The pay is fair, however, there is no appraisal or yearly salary increase, especially for tenured heroes

Some of the leaders are helpful not only in transferring knowledge but also emotionally. We lift each other up amidst the challenges and stress.

Paydays! Kidding aside, I was able to achieve the goals I had with the team. What makes me happy is seeing them pass their KPIs.

Sometimes, the tasks we are doing are beyond the scope. Also, it's about time that we have an annual increase and realign us with the externally hired.
