I am still in training and I like how responsive the support team like IT, HR, and my manager are to our concerns especially on the current work setup. I hope the WFH setup would be an option in the future when everything goes back to normal
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Enshored gave a the opportunity to grow professionally. My only concern is the facility or workplace. The interior of the office is prone to dust and you can hear a lot of noise that affects my productivity at work. We had a very good office way back on the 7th Floor here in Cebu.

I was unpaid during a typhoon due to absent. I need work flexibility.

My suggestion is since we are on an onsite base, they should add clothing, laundry, rice, and transportation allowances.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hope that the company will adapt to a hybrid setup or be flexible, especially during bad weather conditions like flooding most of the time here in Cebu.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it looks like all the benefits are being removed piece by piece. I can personal feel the cost-cutting of the company. Performance bonus is very delayed to the point like they don't want to give it.
