I am still new to the company and I have a glimpse of its culture already. I can say that this is not the typical company. There is something unique with Enshored that makes me feel grateful for becoming a part of it and I am hoping for career growth as well as personal development in this company.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This company helped me in many ways I can imagine. I got the opportunity of a work-life balance which you cannot find in many companies. I got to meet people that became important to me. Lastly, this company gave me hope that I could forward my career one step or two higher than where I am now.

Everyone is treated fairly regardless of position

They are very hands-on and they provide proper guidance to their constituents

Flexibility and proper compensation are very important for me and I think I found that here.

The open door policy. You get to have the democracy to express what you feel and someone will listen to you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are simply the best! We help and collaborate with each other. We get tasks done by team effort. They treat me like family-- someone important to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in the company for almost three years and my salary is still the same. There is also so little opportunity for growth in my account.

I feel like my current salary is not at par with the skills and the ideas that I am contributing to the company program that I am in right now. It would make me feel better if my salary increases, to be practical.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I like about the leadership team is the openness-- being able to talk to them freely (with boundaries, of course), and interact with them. It's not many a company where you, as an employee, get to interact face to face with your leaders.
