I would like to commend Maureen Margarette Miraflor as my leader. She was very systematic and organized. Under her leadership, I was very inspired to work and improved a lot.
As of the moment there's none. I believe each agent is entitled 200 pesos per month for team building and its given every quarter so that's 600 in 3 months. But its seems most agents are not aware of this and the leadership is taking advantage of this.
