I'm happiest at work when I can collaborate on meaningful projects and see close friends, creating both professional and personal fulfillment.

For agent level, we do have the same tasks so we should have the same salary grade. That would be fair enough.

I admire how the leadership team fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and maintains a clear vision, all while supporting the growth and well-being of their teams.

Compensation should be aligned based on the position as you will do same task at the end of the day. Just provide incentives for those performers.

The most positive aspect of the culture is the collaborative atmosphere, where teamwork is encouraged, and diverse perspectives are valued, creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers could improve communication and alignment on goals. We could work better together by setting clearer expectations, fostering open dialogue, and collaborating more effectively on shared projects.

I feel undervalued when my contributions are not fully recognized or compensated in a way that reflects the impact I make. Performance-based bonuses, and alignment with industry salary standards would make me feel better about my compensation.
