All are good staff, team mates, co workers, it is just that in terms of payroll there are a lot of things to improve, process, deadlines to meet, I am not sure if they are lacking manpower on that department, by they really need to improve that payroll processes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the GLI and the HMO benefit. All though allowance should be upgraded it is good to have such.

The thing that makes me happy is that I have "work" itself I am blessed to have it in this kind of situation. I am happy also that I have my supportive team mates

Very optimistic, in terms of the monthly meetings we can see growth in each program that we add in, in terms of efforts to set up monthly virtual town hall they are really good on it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In terms of leadership I'll say that there is no exact direction on who is really leading Enshored, is it the HR is it the program leader itself. I would like to see a person who will go through all of the programs and try to see what's happening on each of them.
