I don't really feel undervalued, I just think that the cost of living here in the Philippines gets higher very year. And that companies should take this into consideration.

I feel under valued because our job is really not easy, and practically we are least paid bpo employee. Increase compensation base on the needs of the employee because all commodities are becoming higher.
