They work for the agents and not the other way around. They are very friendly and willing to help people grow in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well, to be quite honest, I was looking forward to a bit higher pay but, it is sufficient for the type of job. The total best part of the compensation is the non-taxable pay they provide. Most of all, it's the manager CJ who is very friendly which makes this experience a great one.
