the HMO and everything but the salary is kinda low but it's still okay. I wish there's more allowances.

NOT WELL COMPENSATED. THEY INCREASED THE COMPENSATION BUT IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH FOR OUR ROLE AND COMPARED TO OTHER BPO COMPANIES.

Our compensation is not enough. I think we are being underpaid for our role given how depressing the cases are sometimes. Our salary is smaller than other companies. Although we have a recent increase it's still not enough to cover everything for our basic need especially the prices are to high
