Yes, I feel undervalued because the new hires with less experience have a higher basic salary.

My basic pay is not aligned with other employees and my 13 years of experience is not somewhat paid.

There are newly hired agents with less experience who has higher basic salary and allowance. I feel that I am undervalued as I am more experienced.

I have friends who recently joined enshored in the same LOB and they were offered higher basic pay and allowance even though I am more skilled and more experienced.
