What is the best part about your compensation package?
HMO, but I would rather suggest that Vacation Leaves should not be based on performance to give everyone a chance. It should be used, just as normal as everybody else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It will be best to raise the compensation for us moderators, as we are the ones hitting the targets with specific metrics that sometimes are not fair. And compared to other companies who offers the same position, the salary is far different.
