The salary package should be increased. It's because of the good management and good environment that's why I stay in this company

No WFH. They should give wfh just like the other big BPO companies or if they don't want to, they should give transpo allowance.

When it compared to other company our compensation here is just enough to suffice our daily needs. But cannot help us achieve other financial goals

Our managers and supervisors are the best but the decision of the upper management regarding the return to work onsite might affect our decision to stay in this company.

They are doing their best for us not to resign but I think the upper management like the directors don't want to listen to the voice of their employees.

The annual increase is unconfirmed, they don't listen to their employees who wants at least 1 or 2 wfh per week that's why the attrition rate is now higher.

They should have competitive salary or benefits especially the wfh perks. There are lots of known companies that offer their employees WFH set up as long as they deliver the quality work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not enough because some company offers a lot of benefits. For example, some are fully wfh setup. Wfh allowance ranges 6-12k and many more. Some company also provide transpo allowance ranging 2-3k per cut off
