Whenever my closest colleague and my immediate supervisor is coaching me or teaching me things that I don't know yet. Because I know that they are helping me to excel on our campaign.

How supportive and collaborative they are. Almost everyone is willing to help each other, share ideas, and work together to reach our goals. I appreciate their positive attitude and dedication, which makes the team motivated and enjoyable to work with.

One thing I really appreciated about my previous Operations Manager was her transparency regarding everything that was happening within the company. She consistently kept the team informed, which helped build trust and gave us a better understanding of the business and any ongoing changes.
