The work-from-home setup is very convenient not just because of the pandemic but because in this setup we can be more productive as we have a lot of time working and doing our tasks done and even if you are not that feeling well you can still work while working we can still bonding with our family

Colleagues and leads are very approachable and I am comfortable being with them this past few months
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope there will be at least a 10-15 % salary increase in my basic salary due to some upskilling and added tasks given. I do hope this will be heard. Thank you and stay safe everyone
