My overall experience in this company. I am working here since 2020 due to pandemic, as a content moderator I am very satisfied with Enshored I'm working with life work balanced. Not very stressed during workdays.

im at 3-4yrs now at enshored, still my dependent got no hmo card. Im so disapointed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
office is too far from my residing. and the transportation is not available at my office hour.
