The management. How the leaders interact with us. All they care about are numbers and scores. I have had good QA scores and CSAT scores since I started working with this account however, all they noticed were the KPIs that I was not able to pass. Putting a lot of pressure. Threatening us about NTEs.
I love that we are working from home; hopefully, this doesn't change too soon. I can't go back to the office and spend a lot of money commuting. My salary is insufficient since I am a single mom of two kids. Getting 20k a month is not enough. Plus, we don't even get any incentives or bonuses.
