They have a lot of unachievable demands but they do not check if this is still within our paygrade.
my colleagues are within the same wavelength . eventhough the managers have difficult demand we still manage to deliver results.
demands are too difficult, managers commit to the client without checking in with the teams, top performers are set to fail in the new LOB. TLs are being put in a toughspot.
