salary is very low compared to other centers while they over work us.

OMs and TMS here are very toxic they dl not care about their people

OMs demand too much even jobs of other departments they pour it out to the TLs.

We colaborate even if the demands are very hard to achieve we still share how we do it.

They have a lot of unachievable demands but they do not check if this is still within our paygrade.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my colleagues are within the same wavelength . eventhough the managers have difficult demand we still manage to deliver results.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
demands are too difficult, managers commit to the client without checking in with the teams, top performers are set to fail in the new LOB. TLs are being put in a toughspot.

i missed the salary adjustment when I was still a mmoderator because thats the exact time I stepped up and now im missing the salary adjustment for the officers because im not yet confirmed asa a TL. buyt I wasnont left hanging and my leaders told me that ther will be a plan for me when I get confir
