Overall, I love how they treated their employees by providing work from home setup. Having this kind of setup makes them different from the other companies. It makes our lives easier and we're able to sustain the needed daily performance effectively. Enshored is the because of work from home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best compensation package that we have is equipment allowance and internet allowance. Since we don't have to travel anymore, we save a lot of money in terms of transportation and we get a higher salary because of those two allowances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how we help each other by communicating virtually. I noticed that it's better to work at home because you can have strong teamwork virtually. Technology helps us to create a different type of bond. I like to suggest that we should make work from home permanent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is my team itself. I can say that my wave mates are the best. We can handle difficult situations and we have very good cooperation. To be honest, I think the reason for that is our current work environment. Working at home makes our life easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the environment is giving us an opportunity to work at home. This is the reason why I choose Enshored. I'll stay with Enshored as long as it's work from home. I was able to perform really great while in this kind of environment. I hope they'll make this permanent.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy the most is knowing that I'm just 1 step away from my office. I don't have to go outside and risk my life traveling. I can save a lot of money and perform my task pretty well. I can study and focus on many information very effectively while I'm in the comfort of my home.
