During my first two years at the company, it was nice and very comfortable to work because of the work-from-home setup, even though their salary offer was not fair. But now that there is news that they will return to the office setup, maybe it's time to find a new company that will value our efforts

I've found that my current compensation does not align with the other company with the same account. A bit salary increase will do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fairly salary increase. Some companies are offering 22k+ for a content moderator position, while us especially tenure agent is stuck at 16k-18k.
What makes you most happy at work?
As of now, I am not happy because of the changes we are facing right now. The company has decided to remove the work from the home setup and will return to the office setup.
