Overall is really good HOWEVER there's no pay raise after regularization. Being a moderator is a tough job mentally and psychologically and I think the salary is not enough for the stress that the job comes with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to salary alignment, our RTO allowance got cut off. Then was replaced by the salary alignment. I cannot feel that my salary went up since they cut off an allowance before putting the salary alignment which was on the same price.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nah, I'm just not really good at socializing. I just wish my team would not require everyone to play as "family" in the workplace as this is a workplace and not a home. I feel much more comfortable working as professional colleagues than playing house at my workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it's around 18k to 20k then I would be happy. My compensation mostly consumed by my bills (electrical, water and apartment rent), also I needed to fund my family at home so my bills are doubled. Those makes it not enough to cover my own needs such as food, water and clothes.
