I am very thankful for my job, because first of all it gives us chance to work comfortably in our home and our work schedule is enough to have work and life balance. However I believe our salary as a content moderator is not enough to provide with our families I hope to have better compensation soon

Because of post shift huddle that consumes our personal time that is not paid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I hope that our QA's talks about the policy or new updates before they tackle it in huddle to avoid confusion to moderators like us whenever we have questions.
