I am happy and contented with the company. Not the typical BPO setup in terms of the tasks itself and the leadership won't treat you as just a number.

They are approachable, not selfish with their knowledge, and provide any help they can give you to help you grow and learn as a leader.

We are open to each other, and you can see sincere empathy whether you are going thru something or the same celebratory feeling when you achieve something.

I like the environment built here in Enshored. I am excited to go to work everyday as my team is so easy and fun to work with.

I am happy with the culture and environment. It is not toxic at all. You are getting all the help that you need, and at the same time, you had the opportunity to share your knowledge.

The company truly cares about its employees. I remember getting COVID back when I was not tenured yet and had no PTO credits available yet, and I was given a few days of rest with paid sick leave.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing because she's giving me all the help I need. I am new to my role and she is guiding me so I can learn all things that I need to know to fulfill my role well.
