
the company is growing really fast and there are rooms for career advancement
good people, good culture, however a lot of things to improve on from communication and company activities. Example sport fest activities, It was not communicated clearly, lack of planning as well as communication and research. No chance to update and hear suggestions. It is what it is for them.

they all have different personalities, joyful and fun
they are nice and easy to talk to
you can talk to anybody, everyone is approachable

everybody know each other and are all very friendly
we all work together and we are open to one another
they are very upbeat and easy to work with. Also they are very easy to motivate
every time there is engagement activity or when we have the opportunity to socialize with each other
to be honest I'm not really sure, maybe when you get the incentive for bragging the Top officers award
well I started with my team with a lot of opportunities and now we are doing well. I guess they all fit the team
my salary is not the equivalent of what I'm doing for the company. Thus I found out that some are being paid higher than me although we are both on the same post and are hired externally
