With the nature of my job, I believe I should be paid more compared to what I am getting because we're prone to PTSD

I may feel undervalued if my contributions aren't recognized or compensated fairly. A fair salary that reflects my skills and experience, along with regular feedback and opportunities for growth, would make me feel better about my compensation.

Since we're dealing with graphic contents I believe the pay should be a little higher to be fair. I'm not saying it should be super high pay but compared to other companies and accounts we're a little underpaid
