People here encourage each other, and if some might not perform well, we will help them regain their feet.

My wave mates are my best friends here. They are the ones who help and encourage me to do my best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe our job is highly exposing us to dangerous content that would undoubtedly cause a lot of psychological disorders. Plus, working on a shifting schedule is unhealthy physically and mentally. We are working hard to maintain our quality but there are very few incentives available for us.
