the current market for content moderator is increasing and i have the same salary after a year

the salary isn't competitive anymore base on the current market of content moderator that reaches about 25k to 33k

The stress that giving us the too much whenever we have an error because of the different understanding on policies of as a content moderator but im happy for doing my job and I enjoyed it a lot because I have a great leaders.
