the company have the best vision as to what to do and has the friendliest environment I've encountered so far

nothing that I can think of. it's just that I'm not fond of interacting with others but I can if needed.

nothing. communicating with co workers that has the same level of work as me is not required to do my job correctly

Our leader respect us for what we are and help us in the best way she can. Also gives us updates on time.
