Being able to work at home was a great offer for us. I do hope this continues since we have more time for ourselves and family. If this isn't possible, at least make it possible for those working diligently and with integrity. My only concern is that, this company didn't offer us an annual increase.

I don't feel safe anymore since anytime I could be fired because of the increase of NTE punishments.

Forcing interaction just don't really work in my opinion. It just happens.

Having allowance for the internet and for using your own PC for WFM employees

From time to time they would joke around which shows we still have socialization

Unlike my previous job, being a conmod now, I don't need to talk or please a customer.

I'm on the edge since I'm under the threat of having NTE for a small number of mistakes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A GC where we can brainstorm easy and common cases. There are cases that we might just forgot the policy but we encounter them often.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just think that once we return to office, the allowances that we're receiving will be gone and that makes the compensation too small compared to my previous company
