It's fun working at Enshored, especially since they offered a work-from-home setup. I can say that the job is easily manageable, and the trainers, QAs, and TLs are so easy to approach and they're great as they know a lot about the job we have.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
In my duration of working at Enshored, I find it relaxing to be working as content moderator, along with my colleagues and manager. This is currently the best company I have ever been with. As a matter of fact, I referring 3 of my friends and relatives to work here. Compensation is my only concern.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is participative in helping each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little increase in the salary would go a long way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team leader has always been so patient with helping us learn, along with QA's.
What makes you most happy at work?
Moderating is fun. You get to see a lot of things. Different from each day.

Team leader is chill-headed and QAs help us with our concerns as quickly as he can
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be so chill and easy to approach even though we are working from home
What makes you most happy at work?
It feels so happy to be comfortably working from home without having to deal with traffic. Also, my co-workers are the best!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all having fun when we are in the middle of a huddle sessions. Some of them must've been born as a jester
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the basic salary should start at least around 19,000/month to adapt to the rising inflation of the country. Especially to the ones who has a family or trying to build one.. Just my two cents.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the QAs and TLs taking time to answer your concern regarding a case and they do it on a respectful manner. In some companies, these people will try to humiliate you for not knowing things, but with Enshored, It's totally different.
