very rarely stress would come like now when i am plotted on the RD i don't deserve but after all they are trying to change it and hopefully they would cause that would be a plus for me and everything here is fast paced so better be ready & be comfortable on adjusting mostly

everyone is approachable and easy to talk to and very professional as well, also willing to help one another to strive harder and be the best version of yourself

the treatment towards the employees cause if it is good employees tend to stay longer and lasts until they want to because the company took care of them and treat them better

it is the thought that i helped people using tiktok app get less bullied, sexually harassed, etc. so the could browse freely and peacefully and do the things they want without being judged

i really would like to stay on my previous team tho, we really had team work and i had the best team lead & QA, rn i am still observing how this team will strive to do better

being considerate, they lack of it because they keep on scheduling me for 3x a week RTO yet they know that i travel 3-4 hours aways from the office and other agents have been going to the office for 1-2x only
