As of now I see nothing but pure strictness and unnecessary sanctions.

I like their attitudes on how to communicate with us personally, throwing jokes and all especially when on site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Enshored should at least make a decent amount of increase in salary for all moderators. Being moderator is not a joke, our mental health is everyday at risk and it is always an emergency.
