THE MONTHLY ACTIVITIES ARE KIND OF POSITIVE, BUT HAS TO IMPROVE FOR WFH HEROES

We get to delete inappropriate contents on the platform for it to be safe to use.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too many cases to be moderated. Time to time there's always call out regarding the number of moderated tasks. Checking of productivity should be done 1hr before the EOS not every hour. I recommend having a quota per day to be uniform.
