What is the best part about your compensation package?
The internet allowance, since we're working from home, it helps in a way that we do not have to worry how we'll be able to pay our bills because the allowance covers one bill already.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door, you can talk almost anything with your superiors. There are some engagement activities, also once a week aside from meal breaks, we're given an hour to ourselves. Sometimes there are sessions with life coaches.

That I get to log in or start work early because I dont have to worry about commuting long hours to get home, also we have time to render OT hours in the comforts our home.

I'm happy with my teammates but sadly most of us will be transferred to different LOBS which is inevitable, but I like working with them, they make me excited to come in to work. We have the same wave lengths, we understand each other and make each other happy.
