My TL is very accommodating, approachable and open to all concern.

the WFH set up,given that I dont need to a lot more time just to be able to be onsite
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given that we are getting a low salary, plus they want us to be onsite once a week, it will add expenses to us instead of buying what we need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the high MBL limit of HMO. Salary is ok since there is demini allowance and internet allowance and were still on a wfh set up. but once we RTO, I think our salary is not enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued when the incentive came, yes I know there a score that we need to meet, wc is 3.5 score. but I would like them to that we do all our best and effort,that we cant control scenarios that affect our score like being sick,since SL can lower your score.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my 2 years here, I never experience to get incentive because my score is less than 3.50...There are some instances like SL that is uncontrollable from our end but still affects our score. All of us gave are very best so we should also recv even a small amout depends on our score.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am lucky to have a TL that is very approachable and considerate. This is my first time working in a BPO company and leave process is very new to me, but my TL explain and give me encouragement not to think about it and think of it that much. Because of that it's easy for me to cope up
