at first it was okay, I love the perks of working from home and visit the office atleast 4-6 times a month but now it is already full rto which is really hard for those agents that were hired outside of metromanila,

salary is not competitive, a lot of company offers higher with same job description, also please consider to remain hybrid for those employee that are far from work.

well before I am satisfied with hybrid setup but now we are required to fully work on site, I got good score and wfh for me is effective atleast hybrid will do but not full rto
