Enshored is good enough for me and no company is perfect. There are some things that need to be addressed specifically, the annual increase, incentives, and other financial support or financial allowance. Also, kindly add mental awareness and physical workouts to improve our lifestyle.
To retain the employees give them what they deserve.
The company as a whole offers a great opportunity. However, improvements are needed, such as annual salary increases, more PTO days, and adding a lounge area.
My TM Archie is ONLY THE BEST.
They only care quota and targets.
They are family, family means everything
Being happy. Just enjoying the company with them
Being a family and being warmth
Meal and transportation or transportation allowance
Work life balance. But please add PTO days.

Salary Increase and more incentives
Despite of stressful environment, we have maintained consistency at resilience.
I don't know. Maybe I am not happy anymore here.
It is only the co-workers is good thing about working here
The love that we share and the closeness even outside the company.
Yes,to retain the employees, they need to have salary increase and more incentives.
The leaders should find a way to retain the employees such as salaeay increase and more incestives.
They should value the mental health of each team member and give simple recognition to the employees.
There should be an annual increase. The company should value mental and physical health There should be perks that should enjoy each employee
ANNUAL INCREASE - This is a high factor the employee retention. For Incentive - the fact that they only provide 5% of the total population of each account. I think much better to give the incentive to those who meet the target KPI than to gove to those who are in 5%.
