The company is good except the management. They don't really know how to handle their employees. Maybe, if they reach out and understand the people they will know but they don't. I understand that this is a b2b account but caring for your employees is also important.

Maybe when we are being upskilled to a different LOB or Skill, there could be additional compensation because we originally signed up and agreed to the package as an Email Support only.
