To be honest I am working better than most of may colleague yet I am being paid the lowest.

Salary increase. If my pay will be at the level of how much my co agents are being paid

No one acts superior than one another. we see each other the same but the respect for position is still there

That I can freely express myself without having the fear of being judged. I am also able to share my knowledge about the process without the fear of smart shaming.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the basic pay. but I would think that adding a bit higher allowance to transportation is a big help as 1k is not enough for the whole month considering others are from Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan.
