Because they are being demanding about our KPI's but the salary that we receive is not enough

Because I know some content moderator same as my work with other company and they were compensated more than us.

I think they are demanding to much from us, we are doing our best but they seem to want a perfect work.. just want a consideration from them.

Because it looks like our work is easy because were just watching, but its really hard when youre moderating especially with different taggings and for always changig the policy
