A little Salary Raise, the Target and Demands are being difficult as time goes.

Salary Raise, the stats they're asking us to hit are somehow hard to achieve not impossible but very difficult to achieve

RTO schedule eats up most of my Salary, 500/day due to location , either raise the Transportation allowance or just 1 RTO per cutoff
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If I feel like I'm well compensated in terms of Salary specially they're requiring us to go back on site and fare will eat up majority of our salary
