At first, I was very excited to work in the company because I knew the majority of my work would be done via email, but the experience was not positive when they cross-trained me to chat without any additional compensation, and then they kept transferring me to different teams.

I just transferred to the new team, so can't say much about leadership team
What are some of the best things about your team?
I will discover the best aspects of my team once team building is completed because, as previously stated, I have just transferred (for the 8th time) to my current new team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they continue to upskill/crosstrain me without paying me more than my base salary. It would be preferable to add compensation to my base salary rather than an allowance.
