Everything is good aside from the leaders that is feeling and acting like a boss and only thinking by themselves. We need better compensation for being a cross skilled agent wherein we are doing chat and GDS at the same time.

This is a great work for someone who is looking for a better salary that just starts to work in BPO but the management has a lot of issues AS IN A LOT!

Because I was able to learn the 2 different skills without having any proper compensation. The workload increase but the money left as it is.
